Potatoes ‘s peels in batter fried
Ingredients: potato skins, oil for frying
150 grams of flour, 3 egg whites, 1 teaspoon
baking powder, salt.
Wash the potatoes, scratched with a brush, dry
and remove the peel, leaving a little 'under the potato skin.
To prepare the batter, sieve the flour,
yeast and collect them in a bowl. Add little by little the
egg whites, then the water necessary to obtain a creamy
and smooth, stir well and let rest for half an hour,
then season with salt. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan
for frying, potato skins and fold into the batter, drip
and, a few at a time, fry for 5 minutes or until

a sheet of absorbent paper and serve hot on a plate

Cookies with trimmings
Ingredients: 50 grams of apple peel, 100 grams of seed flour
Integral (50 grams of flour and 50 grams of oatmeal), 100 grams
of oatmeal, 30 grams of raisins, pine nuts 30 grams, 50grams of
brown sugar, 1 egg, oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, milk, salt
The apple peel should be quite soft and aromatic, with a little chopped meat attacked. In a bowl mix the flour with the flakes, sugar, raisins soaked in luke warm water for 20 minutes and drained, pine nuts, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and the chopped skins of apples.Add the beaten egg and mix. Season the mixture with a tablespoon of olive oil and add the
enough milk to make creamy. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper small misshapen spoonfuls of dough. Put the pan in the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Be careful not to burn the cookies. Lift the pan and let cool.
